View the "Account Details" tab of your settings by clicking your profile picture on the upper-right side of the Captivate Chat internal dashboard and click "Account Details."
Use the Account Details tab of the account settings view to change advanced information about your Captivate Chat profile. To access this, do the following:
Click your profile picture on the upper-right side of the Captivate Chat internal dashboard.
Under My Accounts, select Account Details.
Account Details Components
Use the "Account Details" tab under the settings view to change advanced components about your account like your Email Address, Password, Developer Mode, and even Delete Account.
Use the "Account Details" tab under the settings view to change advanced components about your account like your Email Address, Password, Developer Mode, and even Delete Account.
The Account Details settings tab has the following components:
Email/Confirm Email Address: Add and confirm your new email address.
Current/New Password: Add and confirm your new password.
Developer Mode: Enable advanced features and debugging tools for developers.
Delete Account: Delete your Captivate Chat account alongside all information and data with it. This is irreversible.
