# Edit Profile

Use the ***Edit Profile*** tab of the account settings view to change basic information about your Captivate Chat profile. To access this, do the following:

* Click your profile picture on the upper-right side of the Captivate Chat internal dashboard.
* Under ***My Accounts*****,** select *Edit Profile.*

## Edit Profile Components

The *Edit Profile* settings tab has the following components:

* **First Name:** Put your first name.
* **Last Name:** Put your last name.
* **Mobile Number:** Type your phone number.
* **Profile Picture:** Select the avatar you want to use with your Captivate Chat account.&#x20;
