Access the "Manage Plan" tab of your Captivate Chat settings by clicking "Manage Plan" on the bottom-left part of the internal dashboard or by selecting your profile picture on the upper-right side of the internal dashboard and clicking "Manage Plan."
Use the Manage Plan tab of the account settings view to see and/or change your current billing program under Captivate Chat. To access this, do the following:
Click Manage Plan on the lower-right side of the Captivate Chat internal dashboard.
Click your profile picture on the upper-right side of the Captivate Chat internal dashboard.
Under My Accounts, select Manage Plan.
Manage Plan Components
Use the "Manage Plan" tab under the settings view to see and modify your current account plan with Captivate Chat. You can select a Basic, Pro, and Customized Plan with different benefits and choose to have the plans billed monthly or annually.
There are currently three (3) different Captivate Chat plans you can choose from:
Basic Plan
Pro Plan
Customized Plan
Included Bot
Open AI GPT
Open AI GPT
Any Bot (Unlimited AI Engineering hours every month)
