# Referrals

When you create a Captivate Chat account, you can become an **Affiliate**. This allows you to refer Captivate Chat to colleagues and earn **30% commission** when they register using your Referral Link.

## Referrals Tab&#x20;

The *Referrals* tab has the following components:

* **Referral Link:** This is your main way of earning commissions from referrals. You can copy your referral link to directly send to a friend or click a button send it through an email.
* **This Month's Earnings:** This details how much you've earned for this month in terms of commissions.
* **Total Earnings:** This indicates how much you've earned since you've started inviting referrals.
* **Current Referrals:** This is a list of your current referrals. They are listed based on Email Address, Date & Time of registration, and their Status as a Captivate Chat member.&#x20;
