# Connect your Chat Flow

After logging into your Captivate Chat account via the Captivate Chat MS Teams App, you will be prompted to connect a Chat Flow to Microsoft Teams.&#x20;

Click  ![Click the purple "Link" button in the Captivate Chat MS Teams App to start the process of loading available Chat Flows for linking to MS Teams.](/files/AIoXu8wwRtGjP64Ah8Mh)..

Wait for the response.&#x20;

A new message called ![This white "Connect your team to a chat flow" selection appears after users click the purple "Link" button in the Captivate Chat MS Teams App. There will be a drop down menu to select Chat Flows.](/files/akAUoljLuowR3ihyRHX4) will appear that contains a drop-down list. This has all the Chat Flows you created in Captivate Chat so far.

Choose the Chat Flow you want to connect to your Microsoft Teams account. In this example, we've chosen `"Roof Buddy v2 Chat Flow."`

Click ![A purple "Submit" button is clickable after users click the purple "Link" button, which only appears if they type "link" with a logged in account in Captivate Chat MS Teams App. After selecting a Chat Flow to connect to MS Teams, click this purple "Submit" button to submit the Chat Flow for linking to MS Teams.](/files/8Ijfk33KSsjXJNADJt6G).

It will say ![After submitting a Chat Flow for connection in the Captivate Chat MS Teams Chat via the purple "Link" button, the Captivate Chat MS Teams App will give a message that the linking is ongoing.](/files/1dl0dym1RcWEsbON90ek). Wait for this to finish.&#x20;

A new message will say ![After clicking the purple "Submit" button to link the selected Chat Flow in the Captivate Chat MS Teams App, a white "Chatflow connection created!" message appears when the linking process is complete.](/files/3uYRVfE995PLSae71tuh)! This means you’ve finished connecting your Captivate Chat Flow to your Microsoft Teams account.

To confirm the connection, go to your Captivate Chat account and check your list of Chat Flows. The Chat Flow you recently connected should have the Microsoft Teams under Live Chat.
