Integrate Email to AI Chatbot

Captivate Chat's AI Chatbots can send you relevant user data to your preferred email address. When a user asks your AI Chatbot to connect them to a Live Agent, they will send a no-reply email to the preferred email address you provided.
To integrate Email into your AI Chatbot:
Select the Email icon under "Select Integration."

Enter your preferred email address under "User Email"

Only the user's names and emails will be sent to your preferred email address
Please note that, at this time, the Captivate Chat Email Integration only captures the user’s name and email.
Any future improvements, such as support for custom forms, may be added in future updates and releases.
Once you're done placing your integration, click
to finish the AI Chatbot setup.
