Integrate Email to AI Chatbot

Captivate Chat's AI Chatbots can send you relevant user data to your preferred email address. When a user asks your AI Chatbot to connect them to a Live Agent, they will send a no-reply email to the preferred email address you provided.

To integrate Email into your AI Chatbot:

  1. Select the Email icon under "Select Integration."

  2. Click The "Configure" button in the "Select Integration" page will let users configure the information of the platform they selected.   3. Enter your preferred email address under "User Email"
