After you create your Chat Flow, you will return to the Setup > Chat Flows view. Your newest Chat Flow will be displayed as the first tile from the top of your list.

You can maintain an existing Chat Flow through these steps:


Modify a Chat Flow using settings

  • Edit Chat Flow: Adjust all parameters of the Chat Flow.

  • Rename Chat Flow

  • Delete

Returning to +Chat Flow

Clicking Edit Chat Flow will return users to the beginning of the +Chat Flow process.


Delete a Chat Flow

You can delete a Chat Flow using these steps:

Using the checkbox to delete many Chat Flows

You can modify your Chat Flow by clicking settings ( ) and choosing an action you want accomplish:

You can delete your Chat Flow by clicking settings ( ) and choosing Delete from the options.

You can also delete your Chat Flow by clicking the checkbox ( ) and choosing Delete beside +Chat Flow.

You can delete more than one Chat Flows by clicking the checkbox ( ) for the Chat Flows you want to remove. To delete them permanently, simply click Delete beside +Chat Flow.

You can delete all of your existing Chat Flows by clicking , which then selects all your available Chat Flows. To delete them permanently, simply click Delete beside +Chat Flow.

The Setup > Chat Flows view presents all available Chat Flows that the user created.
Clicking the hamburger menu beside any Chat Flow allows users to edit, rename, and delete them.
The "Delete" is highlighted among the drop downs of a Chat Flow's hamburger menu settings. Clicking this permanently deletes the specified Chat Flow.
A sample Chat Flow named "Facebook Test" is selected via a checkbox beside it. Clicking "Delete" while "Facebook Test" is ticked will only delete this specific Chat Flow.
Multiple blue checkboxes can be ticked. When done, it selects the Chat Flows beside them. Clicking "Delete" after ticking the checkboxes of more than one Chat Flow will delete all ticked Chat Flows.
